These terms govern your use of Lume IQ, offered by [Razão social], based in Brazil (Brazilian tax ID [CPF/CNPJ]), at [Endereço completo] (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them.

1. Nature of the service

Lume IQ provides a reasoning (IQ) estimate for entertainment and self-discovery purposes. The service is not a psychological assessment, a clinical diagnosis or a professional report, and it is not a substitute for an evaluation by a licensed psychologist. Do not use the result for clinical, educational, legal or hiring decisions.

2. Minimum age

The service is intended for people aged 16 and over. Users under 18 may only make purchases with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Prices and payment

The test and the basic result are free. Paid products (Full Report at US$9.90 and Premium Pack at US$19.90) are a one-time payment, with no subscription and no auto-renewal. The total price is shown before you pay. Payments are made by card and processed by Stripe, in US dollars. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own currency conversion fees.

4. Refunds

You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, with no questions asked. See our Refund policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may not copy, bulk-extract or resell the questions, reports or certificates, or attempt to circumvent the test or the payment process.

6. Certificates

The certificate records the result obtained on this platform on a specific date, together with its confidence interval. It has no official value and can be publicly verified using the code printed on it.

7. Intellectual property

The questions, the generation algorithm, the brand, the texts and the design belong to [Razão social].

8. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence. Support: support@getlumeiq.com, with a reply within 5 business days.
