Refunds

In short: one-time payment, no subscription. If you are not happy, you get your money back within 7 days, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

• On your result page, click “Request refund”. The refund is processed right away.
• Or email support@getlumeiq.com from the address you used for the purchase.

Time frame and method

You have 7 calendar days from the date of payment. The full amount is refunded to the original card through Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days to appear on your statement.

After the refund

Access to the report and certificate is disabled, and the certificate no longer shows as valid in public verification. Your free result remains available.

Recurring charges

We do not make recurring charges. If you see an unfamiliar charge in our name, contact us immediately.
